Production

ORCHARD

The estate represents an ideal mix of ancient and young fruit-bearing trees that are cultivated to the highest quality standards. Quantity reduction, climat-neutral cultivation, plant protection in harmony with nature and the harvest at the optimum time guarantee highest quality.

HARVEST

The ripe apples are picked by hand to avoid potential demage to the fruit. Then those apples which do not fulfil quality demands are sorted out.

JUICE PRODUCTION

The high technical standard of the Stift Klosterneuburg Fruit Estate garantee a careful and hygienic fruit processing. After the apples have been washed in water, they are shreddered and immediatly thereafter pressed by our modern belt press. The natural cloudy juices have to rest for a night bevor they are pasteurised and bottled.

JUICE – NATURE IN PURE FORM

Our juices are unfiltered, natural and without preservatives. The naturally cloudy varietal apple and grape juices, as well as our delicious blended juices, offer an abundance of flavour, natural vitamins and minerals.
