Photo art in the vinotheque

Since its beginnings, Klosterneuburg Abbey has been in close contact with artists, from Nikolaus, goldsmith in the town of Verdun, the creator of the Verdun Altar, to the Austrian painter Egon Schiele. To this day the abbey places great value on the connection with contemporary artists.

Since 2014, twice a year the Vinotheque of Klosterneuburg has been the venue of photographic exhibitions with a theme focus on food, drink, pleasure and nature.

In 2017, exhibitions of the works of Gregor Sailer and Nora Diehl are on display.
