For our Apfelbrand (apple brandy) we use only our fully ripened and hand harvested apples. We used the delicate tasting varieties Idared and Golden Delicious from the danube valley (Donautal). This brandy is characterized by the typical taste of the apple varieties, elegance and finesse.
