We agree that this registration/ the booking date of our visit will be fixed only after the reception of the booking confirmation. In case we cannot keep the appointed date of our visit, we will send you a written cancellation at least 3 days before the date of our visit an expect the cancellation to be exempt from charges. A written cancellation at a later point has to be charged (50% of the order sum). In case of a cancellation on the day of the visit or in case a group does not take the visit without cancellation, 100 % of the order sum have to be paid. The NÖ Card is not valid for group bookings. 5 workdays before the date of the visit the definitive number of participants has to be announced to: orangerie@stift-klosterneuburg.at or via Fax: + 43 (0)2243 / 411—464.
